Sborník obsahující vybrané příspěvky z mezinárodní teatrologické konference Theatrical Space in Postmodern Times, která se konala v uplynulém roce v Praze v návaznosti na Pražské Quadriennale '99. Mezi osmnácti studiemi je mj. příspěvek Jarky M. Buriana, analyzující Svobodovu scénografii pro Krejčovo nastudování Fausta v ND, stať Briana Singletona o pařížské Cartoucherii jako scénickém prostoru divadla Théatre du Soleil a dva články věnované tvorbě Roberta Wilsona. Na současnou divadelní architekturu se zaměřil Michael Cramer, využití nových technologií v jevištním osvětlování, přesněji ve světelném designu nastínila Christine White. Nad koncepcemi a modely prostorové analýzy se zamýšlel jediný z českých účastníků, Jaroslav Malina. Sborník redakčně a edičně připravily Irene Eynat-Confino a Eva Šormová.
